At Paloma, each item is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions
We understand that exceptional situations can arise. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review each case individually and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
